Do I need an app for customers to leave a review?+
No app is needed. Most modern smartphones read NFC automatically. A single tap opens your review page in the phone's browser.
Can I use one card for multiple platforms?+
Each card is programmed for one URL at a time. If you want to collect reviews on several platforms, order one card per platform or rotate the link as needed.
How long does programming take?+
We programme orders within one working day after receiving your link. UK delivery is typically 4–5 working days.
What if my phone doesn't have NFC?+
NFC is built into nearly every smartphone released since 2015. If a phone cannot read NFC, you can still share the printed QR code on request.
