Delivery
UK orders are dispatched within one working day of programming and typically arrive within 4–5 working days. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout on our Square store.
Programming requirement
Because each product is programmed with your unique URL, orders cannot be dispatched until you provide the link you want programmed.
Returns
If your item arrives faulty or incorrectly programmed, contact us within 14 days. We will replace the item or issue a refund once we receive the returned product.
Cancellations
If programming has not yet started, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Once a product has been programmed, it cannot be resold and is non-refundable unless faulty.
